The DADAROMA's mini-album that divided opinions, criticizing what is to live and showing everyone mundane matters of living! “This is ‘live’” counts with six songs, being five unpublished songs and KIDS WAR, song that was already realized on lives.

I think the part that divided the opinions about this release more, was the simplicity which the songs were presented, being songs with short lyrics, staying in the comfort zone of DDRM, making allusion at sex and sexuality at large, but, in the end, these lyrics pass they message, and keep the personality of the band.

Righ, the mini-album start introducing what is to live with Phantom Pain, showing us that we live surrounded with hypocrisy and sadness, showing is that doesn't matter if passed one day or one year, people never learn, showing a Phantom Pain, that haunts us invisibly and torturously.

How the CD can't be without a music about relationships, we have the track two Shiroi Geranium, show a person who just feel complete in the company of another one, whose heart it's unable to grow, that just can bloom bathed in someone else's sweat. The lyric is simple, but the message is great, just let us dream!

The tracks four, five and six have a similar vibe. Would Nostradamus be able to predict a war? Who knows! What we know is that the Innocent Holic surrounding the world will end us eventually! After all, all we want is the world was a beautiful place that we could see the stars, that the world wasn't on this roller coaster between sane and mad! In the end, we should keep ourselves children, but as children would we wont cause wars as well? All we know is that we don't want to be adult like this!

Well, well, but and THE KINKY? What's the connection with "to live". Maybe we need to live some “different” experiences to relax of so much shit we pass on life. Ya know, if nobody know what you are doing, this will not be a problem! ;)

Heey, this was a simple review about "this is LIVE", from DADAROMA, what did you think? When I saw the MV of THE KINKY I was waiting a pretty bad release, but, sincerely it was not what I thought after know what about was each song.
