Hello guys!

My name is JeZ and, since 2017, I've been posting jrock and Visual Kei translations on this blog. I started the translations in order to study and practice English and Japanese, I know this is not the best way to do this, but it is something that I am very happy to do. I'm into Japanese music (mainly visual kei) since 2010, I'd tried to blog before but it didn't last long, and I also had a YouTube channel (which has been down by copyright and I never tried anything over there LOL).

As I use translations as a tool to study and practice, it is clear that they will not be perfect, but since I got into VK I have been very uncomfortable with the limited amount of bridges between Japanese artists and the people who consume their work from the rest of the world, so this is what this blog is, a small bridge (a bit lame and with very limited resources) between you and the artist you like.

A lot of people can judge me now, but I will say: keep a blog is not for free. Between 2017 and 2020 I put about a thousand publications on the air, of the translations, the huge majority was translated, revised and edited by me alone, which costs me a lot of time and disposition, in addition to many neurons being burned to understand what the millions of verses that this humble blog contains wanted to express.

Seriously, who could imagine that the life of a blogger is so much work???

So, the only thing I ask is that you do not repost anything from here, if you like what you see share it, but do not reposts.
