This song was hard for me to translate, I'll probably edit this in future.. 

1. At first I did not understand what was the "Tonbi" on the song title but a follower from the blog's twitter helped me with this! (tks bro)

For those who did not get it (as me), Tonbi is the name GURUGURU eigakan vocalist (Amano Tonbimaru).  (looks obvious now, huh?) 

There is an earlier version of this song that is a collaboration between guruguru eigakan and inugami circus dan (released in 2007), the song itself is just the same but the name is a bit different: “凶子のカンカン祭り” (kyouko no KANKAN matsuri ), where probably refers to Inugami Kyouko, vocalist from inugami CIRCUS dan.

2. PIHYARARA is an onomatopoeia that refers to the sound of a flute, usually related to festival music.

3. Jizou is the Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva; in Japanese Buddhism it is the bodhisattva of the land and is considered a protector of children and travelers. (wikipedia)

6. “washoi” is an interjection that someone says or screams when they make a big effort to pull or lift something. This song probably refers to the KANKAN matsuri, idk how to explain, but is probably about this guys pulling and pushing those big shrines. (Watch a video here)
