Italic
parts are adaptations.
Most
of the parts that are written differently than he sings do not change
the meaning of the sentence.
This translation was only possible thanks to our Brazilian the GALLO's fanbase, for transcribing from the official MV.

It's a fancy neighborhood. “One of the city’s top shopping
districts, Ginza is packed with upmarket boutiques and ritzy cocktail
and sushi bars. Fine jewelry is sold in the 1930s Wako Honkan
department store, while ultramodern Ginza Place specializes in
high-tech electronics. On weekends, main drag Chuo Dori becomes a
stylish pedestrian promenade. Traditional Japanese dance and drama is
staged at the landmark Kabuki-za theater.”(Google)

It is a region where there was a very important bridge in the past,
this bridge connecting various neighborhoods of the metropolitan
Tokyo, as Yurakucho, Chuo and Chiyoda. The Sukiyabashi Bridge was
constructed in 1629 to guard the surrounding area of Edo Palace (over
an external moat). Nowadays the moat is buried and the street runs
over it, instead of the bridge ("raised structure") there
is now a monument. (KokosilGinza)
Sukiyabashi
also names a very famous Ginza sushi restaurant, “Sukiyabashi
Jiro”.

The word used here is 洋袴

and the word he sings is スカート
(SUKATO
= skirt). Zubon is a kind of pants / skirt of those traditional
Japanese clothes.

I spent some HOURS researching and found only a bit of information on
what I could read ('cause the big part of the results are in
Chinese), but it is basically the names of the stars that make up the
Big Dipper. If I get it right, the names come from Taoism (East Asian
religious and philosophical tradition) and have symbolic meanings
that are reflected in their magical rites.
The
Taoist Society of Brazil (portuguese only) says that “for
Taoism, the influence of these stars interferes with our world and
ourselves, representing a spiritual force that provides us with
protection against disease, accidents and other misfortunes that may
afflict us”.
In
the song I translated from Japanese, since he uses Japanese readings
to speak these words (which certainly changes their real meaning).
However, I imagine the most correct would be to translate from
Chinese (but I don't speak Chinese)
SubThatSong
used some good translations from a site called LimithlessGate
that teaches the “seven star path of Taoism”, they are: Celestial
Pivot, Great Gate, Prosperity, The Scholar, Virtue, The Warrior,
Destroyer of Armies, respectively. (Most of the other translations I
found sounds very bad, does anyone out there speaks Chinese?!)

Just a curiosity: He sings America, but wrote "rival country."
In my review of their album DIAVOLO I talk a lot about it (Eng
translation under construction), the GALLO songs are contextualized
between the 1930s and the end of World War II, in 1945, so keep that
context in mind. The "the memories of the cremation of America"
may be from the attack on Pearl Harbor, for example.
