² It is a region where there was a very important bridge in the past, this bridge connecting various neighborhoods of the metropolitan Tokyo, as Yurakucho, Chuo and Chiyoda. The Sukiyabashi Bridge was constructed in 1629 to guard the surrounding area of Edo Palace (over an external moat). ⁴ I spent some HOURS researching and found only a bit of information on what I could read ('cause the big part of the results are in Chinese), but it is basically the names of the stars that make up the Big Dipper. If I get it right, the names come from Taoism (East Asian religious and philosophical tradition) and have symbolic meanings that are reflected in their magical rites.

The Taoist Society of Brazil (portuguese only) says that “for Taoism, the influence of these stars interferes with our world and ourselves, representing a spiritual force that provides us with protection against disease, accidents and other misfortunes that may afflict us”.

In the song I translated from Japanese, since he uses Japanese readings to speak these words (which certainly changes their real meaning). However, I imagine the most correct would be to translate from Chinese (but I don't speak Chinese)

SubThatSong used some good translations from a site called LimithlessGate that teaches the “seven star path of Taoism”, they are: Celestial Pivot, Great Gate, Prosperity, The Scholar, Virtue, The Warrior, Destroyer of Armies, respectively. (Most of the other translations I found sounds very bad, does anyone out there speaks Chinese?!)
