Notes from translation: 

¹ According to jisho.org, 離人 (rijin) doesn't exist in this way, but only with the kanji which characterizes disease, as follows: 離人症 (rijinshou). 

Respectively the kanjis mean 離(ri) = separate 人(jin) = person and 症(shou) = disease. Together they mean "depersonalization" (which in symbolic and free interpretation would be the disease of a fragmented person [?]).

Depersonalization is a dissociative disorder which (roughly explaining) consists of a persistent sensation of observing oneself from outside the body or having the sensation that its surroundings are not real. Characterized by experiences of feelings of unreality, rupture with personality, amnesic processes and apathy. (Source: Wikipedia)

Notes from romaji:

* I only found the lyrics with this part written as 現実 (genjitsu), but he sings 今 (ima). I translated as in the text I found, but following what he sings the translation would be something like "The now is dyed white, and disappears moment by moment ..."
