不知火 (shiranui) means literally “phosphorescent lights/ mysterious lights on the sea/ sea fire”

十六夜 (Izayoi) its the 16º day according the lunar calendar, normally is translated like “sixteen years old moon” or “sixteenth night”

If Lastica has any meaning I can not find it.
