I found very little information about this song (and some weird translations too) so I'll leave here a part of an interview I found (SHOXX/NOV/2004) where they talk a bit about this song:

"Well, continue with "SxDxR", once again the feelings change suddenly.

Ruki: This is a combination of SEX & DRUG & ROCK 'N' ROLL. Kurt Cobain (NIRVANA) and his girlfriend Courtney Love appear in the lyrics because I took them as a symbol of an addict.

Does this couple make it more understandable to the listener?

Ruki: I also thought about Sid (Sex Pistols) and Nancy, maybe it was better.

But in the lyrics, the name of Malcolm McLaren, founder of SEX PISTOLS is also mentioned?

Ruki: Malcolm (businessman of SEX PISTOLS and other precursor bands of Punk Rock) was the beginning of this movement (punk rock), so I thought to put it here. In terms of melody the music has a punk direction and I ended up relatively fast.
